The regional state autonomous institution of social services "Primorsky Center for Social Services" was established in April 2006 and covers the entire territory of Primorsky Krai, including remote settlements. The services of social workers are used by more than 7,800 people who are recognized as needing social services at home.

The main direction in the work of our institution is to improve the living conditions of elderly citizens and people with disabilities and (or) expand the ability to independently provide for their basic necessities of life.

Our institution carries out activities to provide citizens - recipients of social services, assistance in the implementation of legitimate rights and interests, assistance in improving their social and financial situation, as well as psychological status, the provision of social services and social support. The main mission of the institution is to provide each client with the maximum possible set of high-quality social services, following international standards and principles of social work. We are sure that patience, care, kindness, attention can change the life of an elderly person. The participation of others can lift a person to his feet, breathe new life into him, determine for him the purpose of this life.
